Product is fine albeit rather more basic than what originally ordered due to AO's lack of appropriate information on their website. Buy this product from a more reliable supplier.

Nice looking oven easy to install just plugs straight into to electrical socket. Takes a bit of getting used to to touch controls but once sorted that out it's easy enough

Oven great so far. Haven't had a good chance to test all functions. Ao terrible. Email saying delivery between 8.04 and 12.04, website said they are ahead of schedule only for me to ring up at 12.30 to find out crew called in sick and it weren't coming.

Easy to install and seems very modern feel. Happy just lets see how many years it lasts

So far so good. Programmes take a while to get your head round so have been sticking to the main oven. Looks nice as well. Like that you can turn the dial to get the exact temperature.

The oven is attractive and good sized although slightly narrower internally than the Neff it replaced. That only really meant we couldn't reuse trays and racks. The controls are not quite intuitive but getting used to them now. The instructions though are completely inadequate, the oven has a useful selection of pre set functions which actually work very well but are not described so, for instance, you find choosing a roast function actually includes heat from the grill! Also there is a guide section for quick reference with a joint of !kg in weight. Who buys a 71 litre oven to roast 1 kg of meat? No guidance at all to change the timing for larger weight.
