First one delivered had parts missing (levelling foot), replacement unit, delivered within 2 days, was complete and undamaged. The door was difficult to open initially (two hands needed) but after adjusting the two levelling feet (again) the door opened much easier. Plenty of room inside, adjustable shelving and very quiet running. Temperature is easily adjustable which was good as we found the factory setting a little too low for us. Note: this unit is quite tall so do check the measurements before ordering. Another point to be aware of is the 10 year "free" parts. This is an insurance backed deal, parts only with an extortionate call out fee. I've had dealings with this company in the past so didn't take the additional "insurance".

Good Spacious Fridge with plenty of space for a family of 5. Even after full weeks shop theres room to spare.

Terrible product - moved several inches everytime you opened the door. Had to be returned. HOtpoint were not able to provide a solution. We reordered a Samsung fridge which we are very happy with.

Nice big fridge, quiet and seems efficient. Door quite tough to open but this means the seals are good!

Very disappointed with this Fridge, as it moves forward several inches everytime you open the door due to the wheels at the back and the front feet being so small they do not stop the movement. This made it completely unfit for purpose and we had to return it.

No idea yet. One of the parts supplied to swap the door across was also for a RH hinge so we haven’t been able to use it yet. They also supplied the wrong part the first time they had to rectify the issue. It’s been standing in the middle of our kitchen for a week now and customer services say it will take 3-10 days to send the right part. Hope it is the right one this time, I even found the part number on the Hotpoint wensite and gave it to them. They don’t do it any faster even though they have supplied a faulty product. I’m still considering whether to just return it. Seriously unimpressed. Not buying anything from Whirlpool/Hotpoint/Ao.com again.

Very happy with the fridge, lots of space and a really handy reversible door. Looks smart as well.

Really pleased with my fridge lots of space and two draws for veg self defrost also like the door is right and left options and I was concerned it might Open to wide and knock on the side of my units but it doesn’t overall I am pleased with my product . The only thing concerns me was that the day of delivery I was told the driver would only be able to bring it to the back door due to the Covid fortunate for me the guys brought it in as they were delayed due to the van breaking down And my Husband was at work and I was unable to take him myself
