Really good service particularly as I ordered my item a week before Christmas, I got it next day delivery for free I might add. The only thing was the box didn’t exactly look in the best condition (not that it bothers me hence the 5 star rating) but it may bother others.

Cooking a lovely stew with braising steak , onions and carrots reminds me of my dear Mum’s wonderful stews and casseroles on a freezing cold day after school and college - with the fire burning and the snow falling outside. All very comforting . Beautiful thoughts all around.

I already had the blue retro microwave, kettle and toaster so bought this item to match. Not too big and not too small, size is perfect for what I need. Seems like a well made quality item.

I put a beef stew in this yesterday on a low setting for 6 hours only to find it still hadn’t cooked the veg or meat properly. My old one would have had it cooked to perfection in this time, so I maybe need to experiment with the hi setting. It looks lovely in the kitchen though!
