I bought this cooker in February last year, I didn't think it was great to start with and now the oven/grill is broken! I called AO to see if maybe someone could come out and fix it or maybe exchange it as I haven't had it long only to be informed the warranty is only for a year!! I only bought a new cooker as I moved house and the last house I was in the cooker was integrated..I've never had a cooker last a year and a few months before it breaks! Shocking!! The year warranty is ridiculous also!

Looks good but the light doesn’t work, so.com wouldn’t help tried all day to contact manufacturer after over an hour they disconnected kept trying for the same thing over and over again

Everything seemed ok til I had it installed and heated it up. There is some kind of chemical damage to the bottom of the oven which has now burnt to it from some kind of white powder which was not noticeable upon unpacking. Wash over the oven before using it- I cannot get hold of AO to sort this either!!! Emailed and rang yet cannot get through

This cooker is awful!!! Takes ages to heat up stinks and takes for ever to cook stuff

ao service great as always,but the junction box on the back of the cooker said it required 3x2.5 cable ??,a qualified sparky fitted it for my mum using 6mm cable,he said it would have set on fire with the stated cable.Maybe a product recall is needed i was going to fit it myself lucky escape.

Really good value for money. Cooks the food well. I would have preferred a glass hob top but this does not effect the use and this oven was within our budget as our oven unexpectedly broke down. I like how the oven itself lights up when you use it so you can see your food but I would have liked a light to indicate if the hob is on incase it gets knocked on accidentally. Overall I would 100% recommend.

It is excellent for the price, it works well, it heats quickly and so does the oven and grill.
