This is totally a great product to use on your floors, doesn't leave them streaky, is easy to use and the pads are huge and very good quality. Only shame is that when you have finished using it, it doesn't stay upright and tends to fall all over the place when you try to rest it inbetween rooms etc or once you have finished.

This is the 2nd Shark I have had and I must say it is much better than the previous model. It still shocks me at how much dirt a steam mop can pick up, even when your floors look clean. Its really easy to put together and very lightweight. The pads are very easy to put on and off due to the way its designed and are machine washable and come out of washing machine like brand new. My only slight issue is the price of the replacement pads, however, I know from previous sharks they dont need replacing often and it comes with spares. The overall build of this mop is very high quality. Its sturdy, solid and every part actually does what it is supposed to. It heats up in a matter of seconds and keeps its steam production throughout. It doesn't hold a lot of water but it is enough to do all of my downstairs before it needs refilling. I add Zaflora to the water and it makes the house smell amazing. A very handy feature is the ability to kick back the head and use a focused burst of steam on any stubborn dirt, it lifts it away really easily. A cleaning fanatic I must say this is a great addition and I absolutely love it.

This runs so well. You really do get 15 minutes on it. I love the length of the cord, which means I only have to unplug it once while cleaning my home. The mop has two sides, which means I can keep the dirt from my bathroom away from the floors in the rest of my home. Also, I can clean a much bigger surface area without needing to change the mop head. I love that you don't need to touch the mop head too and I can just about angle it inside my washing machine too rather than touching it!

Already own shark lift away steam mop. Bought this for our daughter. The mop seems to be very good having cleaned the kitchen floor with it. The only slight niggle I have is that it does not have any tools like the lift away version, eg the grout tool. Overall though very pleased. Shark are always excellent quality.

I have used my new Shark steam floor cleaner a couple of times so far and it’s a dream. I have two dogs that make a lot of mess. With a mixture of tiled and wood floors the steamer is so useful and quick. Rather than dread floor cleaning, I now look forward to seeing it gleaming and knowing it has been sanitised. I have a peg in the cupboard underneath the stairs, especially for hanging the cleaner up after use, so storage is a doddle. The floor pads go in the washing machine and come out clean and like new, ready for the next blast! If I could improve anything, I would suggest an extra couple of pads ready for use whilst the others are in the wash. A good job well done!

I purchased this product to replace an older steam mop and it’s considerably better. It heats up very quickly and does not leave streaks of water which makes it more suitable for my laminate flooring which shouldn’t be subjected to lots of water. The cable is long too so we no longer have to keep unplugging and plugging it back in. The water tank is see through and so you can easily see at a glance if the water will need topping back up. I would highly recommend this product as it does exactly what it says for a good price.

This mop is fab. Cleans brilliantly. Pretty easy to use the only down aide side is you have to tip any u used water out by tipping the whole mop over the sink.
