So far so good. Install was a bit of a pain. The instructions are really not very clear, being one large sheet with pictures. Made more difficult by having different instructions on each side of the sheet but no clear indication of which side is relevant to your model. The performance of the dishwasher has been great so far and some little features I really like. For example the info light is great. I love seeing how long it has to run unlike my old dishwasher that had no indicator at all if it was running. The interior light is ok but the dishwasher needs to be on for it to work. I find the top rack a bit fiddly I can't seem to find a way to fit things neatly based on where the spikey bits sit. Also if you have the top rack at a height that lets pint glasses fit under the cutlery tray then dinner plates hit the rotor arm underneath. A bit of practice and I have figured out the right height setting but taller glasses have to go to the outer sides of the upper rack. Makes loading it something you have to be a bit more careful with. I like the cutleey tray. My old dishwasher had a basket but found sometimes things would stick together and not clean (e.g spoons) the tray avoids this and cutlery seems to clean just as well. And us easy to unload if you group things together. There is an app to connect and control (even gives advice based on answering questions about the load) but I never saw the point of remote control when you have to load it and add detergent whilst at it. However if you want to start it when away to take advantage of cheaper electricity rates I suppose that would help. I do like getting a notification on my phone that it has finished but it's maybe not as critical as a washing machine or tumble dryer where you might want to get a load out to dry or avoid creases. I never feel a rush to go and empty my dishwasher! So far we have tried a few programs. Express is fine if it's mainly glasses and cups but no good for more heavily soiled dinner plates. Eco takes forever(over 4h!) fine for overnight but there are faster cycles if needed. On the whole I am happy. Some neat features that I am finding useful. And let's face it. It's a dishwasher and my dishes come out clean. So job done.

This dishwasher replaced a worn out 12 year old Neff. The new model fitted perfectly. The touch to open, door mechanism is a big improvement and the internal drawers are laid out better. Very quiet in operation, all in all, very pleased with it, highly recommended.

It's a good machine, which you'd expect at that price. Does the job. Only gripe is the top tray seems to have the most random set-up, space-wise. Bowls dont seem to fit well anywhere.

This is a great product. The dishwasher produces good results, and cleans everything very well. There are a good selection of wash cycles, with a couple of extra ones available for 'download' in the app. There are also some good options you can activate like power zone and speed wash features that are much appreciated! The product comes with a cutlery drawer rather than a basket. I know some don't like this, but I've found it makes organising my cutlery easier on the way in... making it faster to then tidy away on the way out! Plus, the middle basket is also adjustable to three different levels, or at an angle, so I've not had the issue of plates catching the spray arm, or glasses not fitting... It all goes in no problem. Just be sure to set the height of the middle basket properly, and you'll be fine :) The machine adds 10-15 minutes on to programs if you have run out of rinse aid. It also does this if you turn rinse aid dispensing off altogether! So, the only way to avoid that is to just go ahead and add rinse aid! You can adjust the quantity dispensed either on the control panel, or the app. The unit has auto-open drying. This lengthens programs (some quite a lot) , but reduces energy consumption. You can easily turn this on or off in the app. The app is great and offers much easier control over the settings of the dishwasher. There are many configuration options that you can set on the control panel but you need to know what you're doing. In the app, you can see plain English explanations of the settings. So, less need to refer to the manual! Finish have just launched a partnership. They'll link to the dishwasher (this model fully supported), and -by monitoring your usage- calculate how many tablets are left. They'll then send you more when you're running low on a PAYG basis. You get the top 'premium' tablets at a price you'd normally have to wait for a special offer in the shops! All in all, a very solid product, and AO did their usual fantastic job of installing it! Faultless!
