Fabulous dishwasher, ordered after our old one gave up after nearly 20 years. This is a cut above the rest, the timer which lights up on the floor is a brilliant idea and it’s a really easy dishwasher to use. I didn’t think I’d like the cutlery try but I just put all like items together and it’s actually easier to unload back into the cutlery drawer. Very pleased and as always AO deliver a superb top class service. We had issues because our old dishwasher had been leaking and the old one wouldn’t budge. We ended up having to get insurance to remove and rebuild the casing. AO we’re brilliant, taking the new machine away to store until we were ready, no fuss, no charge for their inconvenience.2 months later after the leak had been dried up and cabinet sorted we rang on a Friday and our lovely dishwasher was re delivered and installed by courteous, professional and efficient team- the same team who had tried to install before! I honestly cannot praise the whole AO team enough, from the telephone sales lady, to the installation team. I now only use AO for these big ticket items as they can be trusted to do what they say. Top marks!

Fantastic, extremely quite when running and tells you when you need to clean it, put more rinse aid and salt into the machine. The light shining on the floor to let you know how long the cycle has left is also another clever idea. All in all I would highly recommend this product

Great dishwasher. WiFi function is great and the light showing length of time remaining is really useful. Loads of customisable settings, especially if you use the app. The cutlery draw is a great feature.

Had a bosch that lasted exactly 5 years. Tap flow issue. Upgraded to this neff. Basiily a posh bosch. Neff is very quiet compared with old bosch. Smart controls useless and pointless Love the tray at top. More room at the bottom. Love the adjustable upper cage. Also has a lcd projector to show you time left. Door was exactly same fitment as old bosch so quicker to install. Overall very pleased. Let's hope it lasts
