Samsung freezer is exactly what i wanted design is great and very modern . product is very spacious from inside and i would highly recommend to buy samsung fridge and freezer seprately if you have space the services i have received from AO was fantastic . my product came little damaged but AO customer service handle the situation really well and replaced the new freezer next day without any hassle . delivery driver was great and hassle free i would highly recommend buying electrical product from AO purely because their service level is umatchable with anyother competitors 10/10 from me

Lots of space, with shelves at sensible heights allowing pots ready for the slow cooker to be stored over night, as well as typical fridge foods.

I'm in love with my freezer??, what's not to like, large draws, two shelves, one with pull down cover, ice maker removable if not needed and two shelves in door ....fantastic....only blip is instructions are a bit vague but we googled?? 5 mins and all sorted. The two delivery guys were polite, as they carried it in were communicating so not to hit anything asked where I wanted it to be put etc all round from ordering to delivery can't fault ao. Hope I haven't jinxed myself in leaving this review and freezer doesn't stop working??. Oh also had light inside and is so quiet I keep checking it's still on.??

Great looking freezer and at a great price, however it looks like a brushed black in the pictures but is a glossy black door. Loads of room inside and runs nice and quiet.

Smart exterior and lots of space inside with only one reduced size drawer.

Love it. Had bought a chest freezer last year but once you throw some stuff in and it gets a bit full, you lose track of whatever is at the bottom. Or maybe that's just me... Anyway, having an upright freezer with separate compartments and an ice maker as a little bonus is a welcome upgrade, it's not too noisy (it sits in a spare room next to my bedroom and does not keep me up at all) and looks fantastic. If you're a sci-fi fan, you can remake the start of 2001: A Space Odyssey in the comfort of your own home. If not, you can use it to freeze stuff.

So far so good, it looks really good, it is deceptively spacious, has good sized shelves/drawers and has the bonus of an ice maker. I like it!.

This is a far superior freezer to the previous BEKO we had. I was often accidentally leaving the door open on the BEKO, which damaged the compressor; there's very little chance of this happening on the Samsung. It's heavier, for starters, and just seems to shut automatically, as the door magnets and suction are strong. It's roomy and I have now, comfortably filled the top three shelves with my baking - and there is still stacks of room in it, despite us just refilling it with a "big show". It's got a bright light, so you can easily organise the shelves and fill it using your own system. My husband loves the mini-ice maker, and I am suitably impressed by its dual function of the top three shelves being able to use as an overflow fridge. I am sure to fill the freezer with more baking and ingredients, and I know there will still be room left over. This is one of the best "white goods" purchases I have ever made (despite it being a sleek, shiny black!). It looks superb, and behaves accordingly. The digital press-button display on the door allows me to set the temperature of the freezer - currently -20degC - and ensure an alarm is switched on in the event that I leave the door open. Thoroughly recommend. Don't bother with the budget BEKO brands - you're in for heart-ache and another large purchase when you inevitably break the compressor. Spend the extra on a quality freezer.
