Great fridge, huge, spacious and well designed! Few niggles- the plastic shelf that holds the water tank was not installed correctly and stuck in the back left corner. We couldn’t get it out and we’re worried about breaking it but because it was in the wrong position it wasn’t supporting the drawers which were badly sagging in the middle. Had to contact Hisense to get an engineer out to fix it! Week later it developed a fault with with ice maker, again called Hisense but because it’s such a new model the error code it was coming up with wasn’t on their system! Fixed in the end but not a great start. Maybe hold off until they work out the niggles!

Super sleek looking appliance. The finish is really smart. I like the shelving configuration, the deep door shelves and the surprisingly spacious & deep fruit and veg storage drawers. The fridge snack drawer is a good idea- the face of it is embossed and not transparent, so temptation is not on display. The led lighting in both compartments is placed nicely for both ambiance and practicality. A crisp illumination. Yet to use the water and ice system. The Wi-Fi connection is a quick set up. Within the app you can monitor and control the temperature of each compartment. It alerts you to the door being open too long/ left open. Displays statistics and data such as how many times the door(s) have been opened. It provides opportunities to create shopping list, create a ‘expiration’ list- so you can replace/ use your products by etc. Fun and novel- yet simple enough to use that it might help maintain an organised/ structured shopping list. Overall I would recommend the appliance and the Wi-Fi app. We are very happy with the quality, the design and the functionality and features that it houses and provides.

We reviewed our options carefully when purchasing an American fridge freezer. A relative already had a Hisense but we were comparing with Samsung also. After looking at the options for non plumbed appliances we settled on this due to the more affordable price for the capacity and functionality. The setup was relatively simple, let it settle for 8 hours and plug-in and go. I loaded up the water tank and ran through the water a few times to clear the pipes and tank. The ice takes longer to form but all is now working and it’s very easy to use. I did a very large shop to fill the fridge and freezer compartments but I still have plenty of space! I’m going to need some compartment trays to maximise the shelf heights as they are very tall so perfect for bottles etc. However be aware it’s very very heavy and we had to take up an external staircase. Double check your internal house door measurements too, it literally just got through our 74cm doors :)

Great fridge freezer. Working as intended and looks great. Only 4 star as I thought the inbuilt hinges would give better clearance to full open but still some space needed.

I love my new fridge freezer! It holds masses in the fridge and the freezer is roomy enough for our family of 4 too. We have no way of plumbing a fridge freezer in so this non-plumbed version is perfect! It holds lots of water and makes great crushed or cubed ice on demand. It’s quiet and good looking but check the depth as it is big for a standard kitchen. I couldn’t be more pleased with it!

Absolutely one of the best items we have bought great value for what it is this fridge freezer is so beautiful with a clean line modern look that would enhance any kitchen with its contemporary design. It so easy to clean too ,with so much storage space it’s amazingly for organising all food.The air flow system is fantastic which does not build up ice ….even the ice cream can be eaten straight out of the freezer.The ice maker and water accessory is very convenient.Hands down a great by and we would recommend it to anyone.Just to close by saying ao.com were brilliant from start to finish and l would definitely buy from them again S Borg

Had for about 2 weeks - looks great, spacious and everything as described. Overall very positive. My only concern is that on 2 occasions I found my (1) apples and (2) yoghurt frozen solid in the FRIDGE. I'm hoping these won't be repeated after adjusting fridge temp.
