Love the charcoal colour which goes well with my grey kitchen. Fridge is plenty large enough for 2 of us and at the moment the freezer has adequate space. Water dispenser is good and not too cold! If I had any criticism it is that the salad/veg drawers are deep and it is not easy to access things at the bottom which can easily get forgotten about.

Smart and sleek looking, fits right into our kitchen. Model is closest replacement for our old Samsung which lasted 17 years! Only negative to the new model is the filter needing to be fixed to a wall outside the fridge and much more fiddly to replace. Old model was a simple twist off/on, located inside the fridge so no space taken up outside. Please rethink this design! Love the C rating.

Looks nice and is large. It’s incredibly heavy compared to the America style fridge freezer it replaces. Lots of room but the bottom drawers in the fridge and the freezer are much smaller than some others, doesn’t seem to make good use of internal space down low. Overall happy with it, cooks and freezes faster than the old one and also much more energy efficient.

It looks good and appears to work well too. It is quiet and makes great use of the available space. The negatives: 1. It is described as black but is in fact more like gunmetal grey, which doesn't match the other black kitchen appliances. 2. Looking at it from the front, there is a gap between the doors which reveals the white lining material at the bottom, which spoils the overall look. 3. there is no light in the water/ice dispenser so you will need to turn on the kitchen lights at night to avoid an annoying spillage. Generally happy with the purchase though.

Looks good. Good energy rating. Lighting inside is good. Only downside is ice goes everywhere when using as crushed.

Looks beautiful, love the new finish. Cannot quite work out why this high level fridge was so much more expensive than the others, apart from the word fridge keeps coming up on my computer.. haven't worked that one out yet, or how to use the blue tooth on it, or why I would need too.

Excellent product, easily installed (we already had water plumbed in), more internal space for the same external size as our previous fridge freezer. Would benefit from more drawers or shelf baskets.

An excellent machine all round visually and to use. Links easily to WiFi and the Samsung smart things app. To get the best out of this I recommend using it. I found I was using more of the functionality of the machine than I otherwise would have.
