Arrived faulty and it’s taking too long to get it repaired or replaced

Pluses: Space is great, lighting good externally plumbed water and filter a must, alongside cubed and crushed ice dispenser. Minuses: I found the internal control panel a pain to check temps and make updates, plus I couldn’t see the updates registered until the fridge was opened a second time. The water dispenser nozzle is too far away from selection press pad - only large, example, pint glasses fill when they are pressed against the pad - other smaller glasses and bottles has water going all over floor, unless you line bottle up in one hand and reach around to press pad with other - really not good.

More like 3.5 stars. Great amount of storage. Easy settings and easy to install. Manual for installing filter could be less confusing and only if it was more energy efficient. Other things to mention are to do more with the design. - more adjustable storage needed -when you try to open booth doors at the same time, you left thumb could get caught and injured. - ice/crushed ice is not guided properly when it’s dispensed into a glass, so you have to hold the glass very close to the top of the dispenser. -water dispenser doesn’t dispense chilled water? Not sure this is a fault.

Good product in all respects apart from it broke within 11 months. Samsung provide terrible service in terms of getting it fixed/ replaced but AO were brilliant from start to finish; including once Samsung had confirmed unfixable (7 weeks), replacing the unit.

Why the hell does it not come with a drip tray? It's It's great appliance, had to take the doors off to get it into the kitchen but come on, over £1000 and no plastic drip tray and the water spout does drip for a short while so water just runs down the front.

Great fridge but not the easiest to open. Also spout for water is quite near the front so spills a lot.

Good quality and features

Product is good. Fits in the space we had. Doesn't feel like it is as roomy and the shelf layout seems to waste space.
