Chosen for the size, which is amazing and can hold so much - fridge and freezer. But it’s noisy from the beginning. I mean it noisy! And this amazing defrost free needs defrosting more often than our really old one. It’s started making horrendous noises few days ago (we literally have it a year) and they asked us to do 24h defrost because according to their engineer there’s a fan at the back that moves air from freezer to fridge and gets frost buildups!!! That’s for their technology. Would not have bought it had I known that.

Loved the idea of the option to use one section as either fridge or freezer but unfortunately the fridge & regular freezer were not working when delivered. Luckily we got this item exchanged for a different brand

Product is okay, arrived with a dent, seems solid enough. Delivery was not greatest experience - took two attempts with the first guys saying it was a three man job and I needed to rearrange but no such thing exists with this company so bare that in mind if you are requesting delivery. They also broke the house sign on my gate while attempting the first delivery.

Mixed feelings with this fridge freezer. Looks great from the front but the sides are not stainless steel and mine did arrive with marks on the stainless steel parts already so maybe not that durable finish i was after. The ice cube try broke on first use. But i love the fridge compartment and like the fact you can set each of the 2 freezer compartments to different temperatures. It would be nice if the draw compartments pulled out fully so you can get to the back of the draws easily.

Lovely item but not delivered with much care. Dints in sides and much moaning.

This is superb fridge freezer with more than enough room. It works perfectly but support from Hisense is not so good after two phone calls where they promise to call back with a solution they simply do not call back. We had a pizza box go over the back of a freezer drawer meaning the drawer could not close and therefore the door could not be closed either. The drawers do not lift out as per the manual as they are securely fixed by plastic fixtures. Sad to say the problem is not fixed and said pizza could only be removed by destroying it and its box. So great product bad support.

It's a nice-looking fridge freezer with an interesting feature where you can use one of the freezer sections as a fridge if you need more capacity (the compartments are all programmable in terms of temperature). I haven't used this feature yet, but I can see how it might be useful if you have a party and need extra fridge space. The surface of the fridge shows fingermarks quite easily, but if you stick to using the handles to open and close, this can be avoided. I like the double doors to the fridge, but it's slightly annoying that the snack drawer at the bottom is bang in the middle, so you have to open both doors to access those all-important snacks!

Great product and really well designed with lots of space.
