My fridge/freezer developed an issue after a couple of months and we had to get an engineer round to sort it out. It turned out that the appliance needed parts but seeing as the parts would take a few weeks to get to me, they insisted I have a direct replacement, which was delivered and swapped out within 24 hours.
I was in shock. A stunning example of customer service. Thankyou to everyone that took part in that process, it was absolutely faultless. ??
