In the universe of Fridges, Hi-Sense must be using technology unearthed from an ancient crashed alien spaceship. Their could be nothing better than to eat the deliciously crisp vegetables from this fridge, sustaining the long forgotten taste of fresh cucumber, aubergines, salads, the rich taste of cheese and meat stored at a constant 3c. I am amazed at this product, sometimes I just sit and stare in wonder, trying to understand the concept of such freshly kept product and the profound effect it has had on my life. The company AO are amazing, it is a crying shame that they have not been awarded ‘best company in the world’! The delivery men, I shall call them Colin and Alan, we’re terrifically helpful. By their own immense strength and integrity they carried the Fridge down my long driveway, through my hall down to the kitchen, unwrapped and removed the packaging, and we’re even sorry that they couldn’t plug it in for me (as they weren’t electricians, very understandable), gentlemen both of them and deserving of a pay rise or at least a bonus, maybe even a pint. God bless AO, and Hi-Sense kitchen products.

Keeps things cold, what do you expect, quietly.

Good size. Fine for a small family, easily fits the basics and drinks, doubt it will take too many ready meals. Internal measurements are about (hand measured): width 47cm, total height 72cm, shelf depth 32cm. Door has three baskets, that fit into three slots, depth 12.5cm. Two shelves into three slot positions. Salad Crisper, height about 22cm, fits to about half the depth. Then from the top of the Salad Crisper the shelf points are at 13cm, 20cm and 37cm. Very quiet, I can't hear it, but I can't hear many things now. Keeps things cold, then what do you expect.

Good choice for a budget fridge

    4/5
This is a budget fridge, which we bought for our garage, it has been tested by Which and shown to be okay in cold temperatures, which our last fridge could not handle. There is a 2 year warranty on the fridge. It is a basic design and won't win any beauty competitions. The worst thing about the fridge is the light. It is a unpleasant bright white and is situated towards the back of the fridge where it can be obscured by food. It is not a simple process to change the bulb either. If you want a basic dependable budget fridge that wil keep your food and drinks at the correct cold temperature, this is the one to buy. It is also a Which best buy. Also an important ztop tip for fridges and freezers is to leave in situ overnight before plugging them in. This allows the system fluids in the fridge to stablise. At a minimum leave for 6 hours to stablise before plugging in.

Fantastic product, one of the best larder fridges I’ve ever owned. Lots of space.

    Very pleased so far

    5/5
Very pleased so far with the fridge. Quiet running, and very economical on its lowest setting (it currently hasn't much in it). Nothing negative to report as yet, but after a week I rather hope there wouldn't be! I do wonder why they continue to provide egg racks though. Would be better to have bottle racks as standard imo, as most of us keep bottles in the fridge, but no longer eggs as it's now said to be unnecessary. But fridge itself - no complaints... yet!

Good looking fridge and value for money

Great fridge, with salad tray that really does kee?p salad fresher than leaving on shelf. Good looking fridge. Plenty of door space for bottles and trays for bits and pieces. Well worth the money.

Mine fits better without the handle!

    5/5
This is a very roomy fridge. I didn't want to pay a huge amount just for a fridge but I think this is very good value for money. Makes little gurgling noises which you soon get used to, and keeps food and drinks beautifully cool even on a modestly low setting. It's always nice to have smart, new equipment.
