Induction hob is the future!

Hummed and haa'd over spending £1000 on a cooker - so glad we did! This is my first time with an induction hob, after many years with ceramic, wow what response - boils really quickly and at the touch of a button simmers with no cool down time! When the saucepan is removed the hob is hot but cools quickly - certainly cooler and quicker than a ceramic. One note was you need to have steel/iron saucepans - not copper or aluminium - we knew this and bought some new.
The oven has many features which will be useful - like slow cooker, grill, fan, top and bottom elements (pizza) + many more. It replaces an old electrolux one(same as Zanussi and AEG) LOVE IT!
