This product is built well apart from the knobs (these are the bits you use most!!) Particularly if a keen home cook. I paid the premium price tag for this product and although it looks nice it is let down very badly by a poor design and cheap quality of knobs. Our main oven knob was faulty from day one and has just been replaced and the oven is not even 6 months old - Having been without my oven for a week whilst waiting for the replacement ( I was initially told I would get the replacements after two days) we have had to use the top oven and now that knob seems to be on the blink. I would seriously think before spending this much on the product - do you want the looks or do you actually want to use the product. I wish I had bought another Zanussi - cheaper price and more reliable!

I purchased this Stoves cooker after reading the reviews, and I liked the look of it, I could have got the black one cheaper but could not resist the red one. I purchased on line without seeing it in the flesh and when it arrived I was not disappointed. the build quality is excellent the looks are great. it was easy to install. using it is a dream with the hob heating very quickly, the oven and grill the same. the oven light shows whats happening in the glass door very easy. and the cast iron cover for the hobs keeps it looking great and clean

Extensive research, helped by the videos on Appliances on-line site led me to this mini-range and as I don't have gas to the kitchen the all electric model suited me. All parts work very well, it is very efficient-particularly the rings- which need very little power to sustain a good simmering temperature. This is my first ceramic hob so it has taken a bit of getting used to the need for clean pan bottoms!! Both ovens are exactly as described. The multi- position shelf guides are very useful and I like the glass viewing door but it is very important to remember to wipe it over after every use as the cooking fume build up will quickly turn it opaque! The Grill is also very efficient and versatile. The control knobs are a very satisfying chunkiness and solidity as is the build quality of the whole cooker. Do beware of the need for space behind the cooker to allow for the lid to stand up properly, but the lid gives a very tidy look when closed. There is a very handy hob hot light which takes about 20 mins to go off but cuts out immediately when you close the lid. The timer functions are easy to set. All in all I am very pleased with this cooker.

I have drooled over this cooker for a long time now...so when I saw it at a good price....I was determined to get it. It was delivered promptly by two very pleasant gentlemen, who unpacked it for me. I examined it after they left and was disappointed to find a 3 inch scratch on the ceramic top ( not caused by delivery men), and thin strips of dried on glue over one plate. As the electrician was due anytime I felt it was too late to do anything like complaining. Eventually I removed the glue. I love the way the hob heats and cooks quickly and my baking results have been very good. I love the look of the cooker and especially the cast lift up cover to keep hob clean and safe from damage. The Stoves cooker I had for 5 yrs had more shelf positions in the oven and grill.....so more adaptable. Although a beautiful design ..it is an expensive fairly ordinary cooker

Am pleased with the cooker overall but the biggest problem is lack of control of the grill temperature which seems a bit all or nothing.

This cooker is the best one I have had my family have commented on the meals being better than ever and they are right.
