Great cooker!! Absolutely love it!! Definitely worth paying out for!! Cooks super fast, with plenty of room!! Fully recommended!!!

The Richmond550E is just what we needed. The smaller size hasn't caused any obvious problems. It has fitted in well with the rest of the things in the kitchen. It is easy to use and it is very responsive. We are very pleased with it.

The cooker lovely, but only having it in place for a hour the main control for the main oven came off in my hand, so the engineers came back out on a Sunday evening and told me it was a replacement needed, i just cannot understand why it took 5 days to organise and im still only just getting my replacement cooker tomorrow, so its been an interesting week cooking either in slow cooker or just the hob or top oven, so in told i have been left with a faulty cooker for 9 days

Good looking cooker but grill pan is on the small size for the size of the grill and you cant open the oven without shutting the grill when that is in use

Really pleased with my cooker. Very smart appearance. Hobs heat up very quickly as do both ovens. Its energy saving too rated A. Easy to clean couldn't be better.

Delivered on time as arranged with confirmation call by delivery driver, well packaged and in unmarked condition. Easy to install with the only issue being the back cover for the connection, unclear markings on the cover indicating how to access terminals and no illustration in the instruction/installation manual. Large clear dials ideal for my elderly parents, cover for the hob works well as a splash back. Impressed how quick the hob/oven reaches desired temperature. Well made and of sturdy construction should provide years of service.

Looks good in black. Nice chunky controls. Instruction book easy to understand. Registration of product easy online. Timer buzzer is nice and load. Still a few functions to try out. Can't wait to try out the defrost setting. Shouldn't get excited about a cooker but this one delivers. Happy so far

What a great looking oven! It came on time and was a breeze to install even for the diyer! The doors and knobs all feel solid and have a nice feel to them when you use them. The hob heats up extremely quick and the ovens a just as quick. If you don’t open the cover on the hob they will not turn on, which is a nice safety feature for those with young kids or curious dogs that want to investigate things! There was even a nice bracket included to keep the oven a safe distance from the wall to make sure you have enough ventilation and room to open the cover. Overall this gets a solid ten out of ten absolutely nothing bad to say about it, and the service from AO is second to none as usual.
