Product was great, however the service from the delivery team was terrible, we paid for connection and the old appliance to be removed and these guys didn't want to do either. The order was for my mother who is going through chemotherapy treatment and the drivers wanted to just dump the new appliance in the kitchen and leave. They made every excuse not to fit the new one then tried to leave without taking the old one, ive used AO for years but will avoid like the plauge in future. Terrible service!!

Great colour and cooker is easy to use, provided you follow the User Guide instructions. Only used Gas Hob and Top Oven so far. Both worked well. Looking forward to more happy days of cooking and baking ! Only worry is that the gas burners are still showing a small amount of orange/yellow flame.

It is such a pleasure to have gas hob - instant response Super large fan oven and perfect results! Only criticism was lack of instructions on black metal plate which has to be fixed to the wall. It came in a bag on its own. You find out its vital on the next to last page of instruction booklet!

It's tricky to find a good cooker for a narrow-fit kitchen, but the Stoves 550DFW is the ideal solution for a 55cm-width space. Bristling with features (dual ovens, fan and grill; programmable timer; defrost function; wok burner), it is already pretty much the ideal cooking companion, but it's the build quality that impresses, plus thoughtful design that makes the unit particularly easy to keep clean. Slightly more expensive than the competition, but well worth the additional investment.

This is a sturdy, well built cooker, and is British made. I cannot find anything about it that I do not like. The cast iron lid gives extra working space when it is down and the dials on the front look smart and are really easy to operate. The timer has a beeper which is loud enough to hear if you are in another room. There is plenty of room in both ovens and so far everything I have cooked or baked has turned out very well. The colour (hot jalapeño) is perfect and really jazzes up my kitchen. Everyone should have one!!!

The top stove holds pans steady. So slipping or tipping. The pan stands are easy for in your washing up bowl one way as dose the grill pan. It grills well and even. The top ovan grill cooks well and even when cooking cakes. Good also for small meals. The bottom ovan cooks well but the front cup cakes are more brown than the back. Hense the 4 star not 5. They all bake well and are acceptable. Bottom ovan is hotter so I keep an eye out for the last 5 mins. It heats up quickly. Within 10 mins is the norm. The collour is a cherry red not orange red. The shelve runners I believe can be removed for cleaning on the ovan. But I haven done it. If I was to turn the clock back would I buy it again. The answer is yes! By all means! Very happy! I enjoy cooking backing now. I didn't get my woc stand. I'll have to ring them. But all good. The best I have had. The stove is so quick for warming up stuff in pans. You have to watch so you can turn it down. So much faster than my electric hob was!

Bought this as a stopgap prior to refurbishing the whole kitchen. Great mini range although only one large gas ring. Main oven heats up quickly. Attractive in jalapeno red. Overall worth the money.
