Product was great, however the service from the delivery team was terrible, we paid for connection and the old appliance to be removed and these guys didn't want to do either. The order was for my mother who is going through chemotherapy treatment and the drivers wanted to just dump the new appliance in the kitchen and leave. They made every excuse not to fit the new one then tried to leave without taking the old one, ive used AO for years but will avoid like the plauge in future. Terrible service!!

Lovely looking cooker, was one of a few I could get as a dual fuel double oven that was only 55cm wide. Disappointing as very expensive, and a supposedly top make, but had a faulty thermostat so couldn't use it for a week until the Stoves repairman came. He fixed it in 5 mins - shame they couldn't have got it right in the first place. I dont expect to pay top dollar for something that wasn't even working straight from the factory! No follow up from AO, which was also disappointing. However, that said, it is a great oven & easy to use but only quibble now is that due to its design, the hob is not very easy to clean, & there is a space along the front of it where crumbs fall in & are very difficult to remove without fishing around with a safety pin! Grill pan in top oven had a handle.

Great colour and cooker is easy to use, provided you follow the User Guide instructions. Only used Gas Hob and Top Oven so far. Both worked well. Looking forward to more happy days of cooking and baking ! Only worry is that the gas burners are still showing a small amount of orange/yellow flame.

It is such a pleasure to have gas hob - instant response Super large fan oven and perfect results! Only criticism was lack of instructions on black metal plate which has to be fixed to the wall. It came in a bag on its own. You find out its vital on the next to last page of instruction booklet!

The top stove holds pans steady. So slipping or tipping. The pan stands are easy for in your washing up bowl one way as dose the grill pan. It grills well and even. The top ovan grill cooks well and even when cooking cakes. Good also for small meals. The bottom ovan cooks well but the front cup cakes are more brown than the back. Hense the 4 star not 5. They all bake well and are acceptable. Bottom ovan is hotter so I keep an eye out for the last 5 mins. It heats up quickly. Within 10 mins is the norm. The collour is a cherry red not orange red. The shelve runners I believe can be removed for cleaning on the ovan. But I haven done it. If I was to turn the clock back would I buy it again. The answer is yes! By all means! Very happy! I enjoy cooking backing now. I didn't get my woc stand. I'll have to ring them. But all good. The best I have had. The stove is so quick for warming up stuff in pans. You have to watch so you can turn it down. So much faster than my electric hob was!

Heats up really fast, super efficient, easy to use and 2 oven spaces make cooking food with variable times and temperatures really easy. Plenty of space for a family roast or a few trays of biscuits. Great quality item feels sturdy and well made. Some ovens now have technological features built in, would like to have seen that with this oven but oh well!

Our new cooker looks smart and works very well. We arranged installation ourselves but were poorly advised with regard to the legal aspect of the gas connection. With hindsight the installation charge offered by AO is the best option and I wish they had advised me to take it, otherwise first class

I like this cooker very much, however I was disappointed to find that it does not fit flush with my units. I have now become used to this fact........and the Pros outweigh the Cons. The colour is so bright and cheerful, and every thing about the cooker is really "solid" and that is why I have rated it as high as I have.
