      We’ll get your new fridge freezer in place, level the feet and take away all the bulky packaging for you. Your new appliance will need to sit for a few hours before it’s plugged in. This is important as it ensures the gas coolant inside the fridge settles. Unfortunately, our drivers won't be able to fit the handles on your new appliance if they're packed separately. And this service doesn't include door reversal.

      If you’ve bought a new appliance but you don’t want us to connect it for you, all you’ll need to do is disconnect your old one and empty it, ready for us to pick up.

      If you haven’t bought a new appliance, we can still collect your old one and take it away for recycling. Our experts will recycle it safely and responsibly in our state-of-the-art facility.

      The cost of our Remove & Recycle service goes towards safely transporting the product to our recycling plant. Under the WEEE regulations, recycling costs are primarily covered by the product manufacturer.

      Also, while we’re picking up your appliance, if you’ve got any smaller kitchen electricals that need recycling – such as kettles, toasters or blenders – we’ll happily take those away too at no extra charge. Just pass them to your driver when we’re picking up your larger appliance.

      Appliances come with quite a bit of bulky packaging. We’ll unpack your item, let you inspect it then take away all of the plastic wrap and foam packaging.

      Some models give you the option to choose which side you want the door to open from, making it loads easier to fit it into your current kitchen layout. On the day of delivery, our experts can take care of it for you, meaning all you need to worry about is unpacking your weekly shop.
