First fridge came and was scratched and damaged then replaced second one was scratched and damaged and now the front balance wheel has bucked and is about ready to snap. Poor quality and would not recommend.

I had high hopes. It looks nice and is a reasonable size inside for the dimensions. However, the water dispenser leaked on arrival and so we had to book a engineer to come. You have to take a whole day off work for them (they don't do slots), which was bad enough, but then they cancelled on the day! And now we have to book another whole day off work (no weekend option), even though it's still not right and not fit for purpose. Don't risk it.

Came with a few cosmetic issues, but after given the chance to have a replacement decided to go with another model, a bit more money but worth it, as this model didn’t look as well made on a few levels.

Item delivered damaged. Replacement sent and was again damaged.

Product is good so far, would have given a higher rating if the product had larger shelves and freezer drawers.

appliance is generally ok but the water dispenser is very poorly made and it was a nightmare to fit--the tolerances in manufacture are really awful and it took ages to get it to locate in the door--filled it up and water was streaming from it--tightened the screw connector--which was already tight and it was still leaking--after removing it again for the 3rd time it did stop leaking but would I buy this model again?--NO WAY. GET THE MODEL WITHOUT THE DISPENSER.
