Noisy rattle from fan and condensation building up between the microwave proof ? door plates. Being replaced, when I hope some stock comes into the UK. Had great difficulty in making contact with anyone at AO, but eventually someone helpful appeared. Yet to see if the replacement arrives.

Pros Nice looking Easy to clean Cons Extremely noisy (50Hz mains hum) which is so bad the right side of the case wobbles. Small internal cook space Setting the time is fiddly The worst thing is that this oven can only do one function at a time. It can either microwave, grill or oven cook food, but not do two things at once. The baked potato function was particularly disappointing as I ended up with a microwaved potato cooked in 7 minutes. My old Sharp could do perfect potatoes. I've returned my oven and will try a Panasonic or Samsung instead

Convection heat only does 200degres and even then not very hot. Had to give extra time to cook anything properly. Micro settings not as expected p1, p2 , ,ect.

Got this twice from ao! First time convector oven just beeped after 5 mins of cooking, and stopped. Sharp said it had to have 20-30 cm around all sides or might overheat. They eventually agreed faulty and ao replaced (with a damaged unit), which had the same problem. Shame, as I really like the unit and design. Hope it was a beach fault. Will now try and source same or similar from other retailer!

Had a few hiccups with the microwave which such a friendly customer service team made it better. Haven’t stopped using the oven for little bits such as our roast potatoes or jackets. Really makes it easier to cook separate things whilst our meal is being cooked in the main oven, the only problem we had was the trays that come with the oven were missing and one was a little bent which has been sorted out

This microwave Is not as good as it looks. 1 the brushed aluminum you see when the door is open has imperfections that were let through in assembly, Making it look like rust spots. 2 The outer casing is out of line and the center of the top Flaps like a loose drum. 3 The Noise when running is worse than any Old Vacuum cleaner. So Loud that in a small kitchen is almost unbearable. If it wasn't Christmas I would have sent it back, But cannot be without one.

After having a couple of Panasonic combination ovens we thought we would have a change, a very silly thing to do!! Instructions are useless, the features are way below usual standard of this type of appliance however it makes for a very attractive kitchen ornament!!!
