Cups on the top shelf are left stained - Even on the 65° programme. Dinner plates can't be bigger than 25cm or the water blade cannot spin to wash. You will find that most dinner plates are 26-27.5cm ao be careful before you buy this! Buttons are flimsy and cheap, you press them by accident everything you open or close the door. Spend more on one that actually does the job it's supposed to.

This product is a joke . Door is move to left!

It doesn't clean very well - even when properly stacked and using an all-in-one tablet, there are still dishes with food on them. Not impressed.

Machine didn’t look the best post delivery, the fit of panels were questionable. We soon started to experience fault codes flashing up. These were able to sorted by us, though it seems can be affected by the smallest thing. Now it trips the electrics of the house, the machine needs to be removed from the socket, before house electrics will stay on.

Worst dishwasher I have ever had, thought I would spend a bit more this time on a new dishwasher, its awful. Bottom rack doesn't stay on runs, plates don't fit, cups get stuck in the over size wire racks, doesn't come out clean no matter what wash programme or product I use. I've read the instructions from front to back, made sure its full of salt, rinse aid, hard water test everything, its just awful. I've had many dishwashers over the years, I know how tow use one and this is awful. Also, the plate racks are so narrow its very difficult to put full size plates in and if you have thicker plates, eg Denby, they won't fit at all! It's useless.

The dishwasher didn’t work when delivered. AO really good but Sharp customer service only open Mon to Friday 9 to 5. They eventually sent an engineer 5 days after receiving the dishwasher to be told they don’t have spares for the machine and it could take 3 or 4 weeks to get them. Engineer reported that we should get a new dishwasher. Again AO great but Sharp poor hadn’t advised AO to replace by close of play on Thursday. Dishwasher a week old and never worked. AO replacement on way Monday. Hopefully this one will work. Would recommend AO customer service to anyone but Sharp needs to really improve.

This dishwasher was faulty from the word go. The upper basket plate rack would not stay in place during operation so the plates were in a heap at the end of the program. After 3 weeks use the dishwasher started leaking from under the door-nowhere near seal or hose. It was returned to AO and replaced with a different brand. I would not recommend this product.

For a Japanese brand I'm disappointed with the build quality of this item. With the door open the whole thing can flex. In fact, despite getting it perfectly level (via the very difficult to adjust feet), the whole thing still looks out of square. To the point where the door doesn't sit correctly when closed and the thin metal side trim is bulging. The buttons on the control unit are extremely cheap feeling. It apparently has an active drying unit, but it doesn't dry plastic items well at all and doesn't do a fantastic job on glass either, regardless of which setting we use. Overall a sad indictment of the quality of modern appliances.
