The cutlery tray confuses me, but I love it. I had a previous dishwasher that had a manufacturer fault which they refused to fix so A.O replaced with this one of our choice. So customer service has been fantastic. I just preferred the other dishwasher a little more as I find the dishes still come out a little wet when the wash has finished and with my other one they were completely dry. I do however find the layout of this dishwasher much more convenient then the other one I seem to be able to fit more in and the inside layout suits us way more. I can't thank A.O enough for their customer service and how helpful they've been through this long winded unnecessary process. We only needed a new top tray/basket from the old dishwasher, manufacturer said it was cosmetic even with rust showing through. A.O completely agreed with us and have been amazing. We have large plates and they fit in the bottom tray. The prongs are moveable so you can fit pint glasses in the bottom tray instead of the middle where you'd usually put them. Bowls go perfectly in the middle tray too. I know others have had issues with this so thought I'd give my perspective on this. Again thank you A.O for being amazing.

Really happy with the dishwasher. Reasonably quiet as we live in flat. Up and running in minutes. Brilliant.

The machine fits perfectly in the slim gap we had to accommodate it and is more pleasing to the eye than the last model we owned. It washes efficiently and isn't too noisy but our largest plates are too tall for it (they stop the spinner from rotating) so we still have to wash these by hand.

This has got to be the best dishwasher I have had . It removes tea stains from cups on a 50 minute wash . It leaves everything clean and shiny . The water scale tester is an added bonus . You test your water and select the reading on the machine and it sets it up . Really pleased would definitely recommend .

I just bought this product 2 weeks .but I cannot get the audio end of program singal to work.anyone know how .I need this function

Love this dishwasher. I got it in the sale and am very happy Has four settings from eco to intense. I find the 50 mins wash the best for our needs. I find it a lot quieter than my old one and the top shelf being able to be lowered is brilliant. Looks sleek too. For me, there are no downsides! Highly recommend it!

Really good product. Our first slimline dishwasher and it’s amazing how much you can get in it. So quiet too and the LED screen is very easy to read and white on black too which is good. I know some people say they can’t get their large plates in the bottom of some slimline versions. We just turned our plates round to sit in the opposite direction and they fit in perfectly. Great value too.

great! fits perfectly in a small gap. easy to install / set up. Very intuitive design and easy to load. Lots of short / eco programme options too. Also, great service from ao as always.
