Bought this as I required Publisher. It is part of the product package but for PC only. Everything is fine but I think it's a bit rubbish that you only get a years worth of subscription. Information on AO needs to be more specific about which Office packages you receive with this product. Had to check in Argos and Office website to double. Heck you get Publisher.

I found Windows 7 very easy to use but have to let go because support is soon to be terminated. Windows 10 is a nuisance to use because it keeps doing things that I don't want and not enough of what I do want, so I spend my time trying to work out what has happened and then how to get back on track. Hopefully, I might get there one day.

Very standard download and install process. No complications and nothing groundbreaking

The laptop does simple tasks well, but it will slow down every now and then when you have more than one programme open. For the price you pay you would expect slightly better performance, but otherwise it's a good laptop.

I have yet to learn about this. Since buying it I have realised it is a yearly subscription As I am retired, I would have preferred something that continued as I won't be using it continually as in an office situation

I am happy with my Office 365 product, just what I needed to carry on with my work at home.

It's a good product, disappointing that it's a yearly subscription though.
