Just doesn’t work on a Chromebook (or at least not on the one we bought at the same time as this software). As there is no app for the Chromebook you have to use the web version of the Microsoft 365. This would be fine except that there is some sort of a glitch when you try to open a new document as it refuses to open without an app loaded! So a complete waste of money sadly. Given that this was pushed by AO as a companion to the Chromebook, there should be a warning that it won’t work.

Same thing that has been free for years but now a subscription service, had I known my new pc came with free access to a comparable offer ce suite for free I wouldn't have bought it.

The item has downloaded onto the new laptop. However other software did not download and AO are ignoring me. There is no way of getting customer service. Think about this before you order anything from this company.

I’ve received my download but Microsoft won’t let me reset my password, so I am unable to use it. AO have tried to help but just say it’s non refundable, so no help at all.

immensely disappointing was expecting this to be a subscription for 15 months but when I used the token it was only 12 months. Microsoft, what should i have expected?

Can’t review product, only delivery, which is non-existent. Been weeks now and email still hasn’t arrived.

AO have not sent the link to download microsoft office so cant use anything
