What a nuisance

A faulty laptop was delivered. It would not turn on when I went to set it up. After contacting AO
they put me in contact with Lenovo. After some tests over the phone Lenovo indeed concluded it was dead and ask me to email another department at Lenovo to get a replacement code to give to AO to replace it. What a nuisance!
I have to say the guys at Ao were great and soon had another laptop delivered. But I think I should have only had to speak to AO and they should have sorted the problem out.
