A faulty laptop was delivered. It would not turn on when I went to set it up. After contacting AO they put me in contact with Lenovo. After some tests over the phone Lenovo indeed concluded it was dead and ask me to email another department at Lenovo to get a replacement code to give to AO to replace it. What a nuisance! I have to say the guys at Ao were great and soon had another laptop delivered. But I think I should have only had to speak to AO and they should have sorted the problem out.

This laptop has now been set up & I am pleased with it. It’s lightweight yet sturdy & suits my needs. As a novice I’d have liked some decent instructions instead of having to rely on the the good nature of a friend. This resulted in only 3 stars.

I bought the Microsoft 365 download as it was on offer with the chromebook I bought. I think I've managed to get it working? I initially downloaded Microsoft 365 and thought it must have all been online, but I then downloaded the Microsoft apps I was after and logged in, I think it's all sorted? I'm not old, but it seemed like a faff.

Very nice laptop. Needed it for my daughter for school work as hers broke. Fast delivery. However when I purchased it over the phone, the seller said I needed computer virus protection. So I purchased the McAfee software. But when the computer arrived it already had Norton on it. I’m not happy about that.

Needed office for work however disappointed that I have to buy it every year. I understand that developers have to make money however I feel profits from sales should be enough. Ok the good side they will be more motivated to keep the product up to date and working well.

It took over 3 days and 3 different contacts to receive the code to download this product. It resulted in it no arriving in time for my sons Christmas present.

MS Office 365 does what it does, and we're taken along for the ride. It's a good enough productivity suite - or is it? The average Windows 10 user has to subscribe to Office365 in order to either get their work done or work well with the millions of orders who find it too tiresome to figure out how to work with alternative apps. So we work with what we have - good and bad.
