    Not compatible with Chromebook

    Just doesn’t work on a Chromebook (or at least not on the one we bought at the same time as this software). As there is no app for the Chromebook you have to use the web version of the Microsoft 365. This would be fine except that there is some sort of a glitch when you try to open a new document as it refuses to open without an app loaded! So a complete waste of money sadly. Given that this was pushed by AO as a companion to the Chromebook, there should be a warning that it won’t work.
