Great product as expected. AO service is abysmal. Product arrived with a part missing. I was told 3 time by AO that the part was not included and I would have to buy it separately. Rangemaster confirmed the part should have been included and sent direct. AO had been paid to fit but will not complete the fitting. Although twice confirming they would refund the fitting fee or complete the fitting, this has still not happened , two months later, leaving me to arrange to complete the fitting. One start only because it will not let me submit with none.

Cooker exactly what I ordered except for 2 damage issues. Presently still awaiting a call back from AO to resolve the issues, having tried many times to ring their customer services. Seems their switchboard is always busy but also after waiting for some time the call often gets cut off. Most disappointing as I’ve previously always had nothing but high praise!

Unable to comment on the item. My range arrived and did not work. After sale service by AO, Rangemaster and Stellison Electrical (repair contractor) is appalling. No concern or urgency from anyone considering this Range is brand new and has arrived non working.

I have had my rangemaster for over a year, since day one, the front panel becomes burning hot and I cannot touch the timer button without scalding myself. Luckily for me my children are older but I dread to think what injuries would be sustained by a crawling toddler. A week ago we asked for someone to come and check the temperature and apparently 85 degrees is an acceptable level? We are still awaiting our report back from the engineer. I am not happy, this was a mid range oven, and very expensive when compared to similar spec models of different brand but I opted for Rangemaster due to a recommendation, I checked the reviews and there was no mention of the oven panel becoming burning hot! If no one else's gets that hot then I assume mine has been faulty from day one!! I'll await Rangemaster response.

Great cooker except the grill is very small ! now do most stuff on a grill pan in the oven but a small price to pay for a quality product.

Only reason not 5 Star is it’s hard to keep shiny and clean

Thus range cooker replaced equivalent model which was 20 years old. If it gives us as good service I will delighted. Controls seem clearer and dual fuel rather than all gas good. Only issue is that top is above work top. I can only assume our predecessors when laying out the kitchen took an odd decision which noticed less with old cooker.
