Igniter failed after 1 day and still hasn’t been fixed after 1 month. The people who also do the extended warranty weren’t able to come out for several weeks which made it an easy decision whether to take the extended warranty or not.

Looks ok & oven has some good features, although I can't comment on use as I returned due to the hob. The hob is a nightmare to clean, it has an Inox coating so you can't just wipe it down with a normal cloth. I struggled to remove the finger print marks after installation. You just have to look at it and it'll scratch and be marked. Glad I returned for a different oven & hob.

First hob came scratched so had to exchange. Second one looks the part and the ovens good. But you only have to look at the hob and it’s scratched. Had it a week used it few times gave it a wash and it’s scratched to heavens …don’t buy!

This Hob/Oven pack was eventually fitted after a few attempts. Two faulty products then third attempt we had our Hob/Oven installed. The Oven is great but the Hob seems to mark really easy. Not even sure what the marks are but the won't clean off. Only been using soap and a sponge so no abrasion or harsh products. Seems to work fine but because of the marks makes the product look old and shabby.

Seems to perform well so far. Slight issue with a rubber burning smell from oven that's still lingering after a few uses. Keep checking the surroundings and that seems fine so can only assume oven internals but no performance issues.

The oven has so many functions, which is really handy to have. The only downside of the oven is that it takes a bit too long to heat up and the beep is not loud enough. Apart from that, for the price it is well worth it and a must buy. The gas hob works really well and heats up all the pans in good time.

Really like the hob and oven, only thing is the grill pan tray thing scratches the side of the oven when taking in and out so is slowly scratching off the coating! Otherwise, nice - and looks smart.

The fact that the oven operates off a standard electrical socket made it very easy to install.
