Unit came in a box encased in polystyrene and polythene shrunk wrapped so there was full protection for it. Had to change out the unit as we wanted the wok ring at the front to make using it easier. Had a Bosch one before, so fitting was easy for the gas fitter we used. Very pleased with the product, the controls at the side is easier for a right handed person.

This Bosch Series 2 gas hob has great control of heat settings, able to adjust the heat in small increments. The wok ring is incredible - heating our wok to the temperatures where the food skids on the pan and cooks so quickly - should of had one of these ages ago. The pans are very stable on the cast iron stands. The hob cleans up really well with just a damp cloth. Highly recommended.

Excellent quality, cuts its self off if the flame goes out. Easy to clean. Very happy with my new hob.
