Haven't used this oven yet (it's for a new house we are moving into) but we have an older version of the same oven we use now. It looks great, works well, has lasted 9 years so far and we like the fact it can become a double oven whilst maintaining the footprint of a single oven.

Fantastic product. Heats up very quickly, love the flex door. Found instructions included did not match the model. Couldn’t work out how to use oven. Had to put in model number of same oven but in stainless steel (instead of black)into the internet and download correct instructions myself. We were then cooking on electric at A+ !

I bought this oven as I had the previous model and it had more features than my other one including steam cooking. My only problem was I can’t use any of the features as they sent the wrong Manuel for my oven so I am just using the normal ones that are probably on most cookers. ao were very good and spoke to Samsung who said they would send the correct manual which hasn’t arrived yet. In my opinion I think the oven is probably the best to look at on the market and I am looking forward to trying the additions

The split oven feature is fantastic and being able to open half the door while the other half stays shut is genius, the controls are easy to use and precise.

Very good product, seems to preheat quickly and the controls are easy to use. Main difficulty is that the labelling of the controls, especially the glad touch buttons are not marked very definitively. I have good vision and I often struggle to see where the buttons are.

First used properly over Christmas and it has been everything we were hoping for. The main oven gave plenty of room for the main event (a large rib of beef) then while that was resting we used the split oven function to roast the veg and make Yorkshire puddings which required 2 different temperatures. So far we are very happy with it. .
