Very disappointed with this microwave. It’s rated at 1000w, but no where near as powerful as my old 950w (20 yr old Cheap Currys Matsui...finally died last week). Having to add extra time to that recommended for 900w rated machines – with my old machine I had to take a bit of time off the recommended amount. Not to mention the ‘cold spot’. So, basically, it costs more to run and doesn’t heat as well as my 20 year old ‘cheap’ machine. I’ll have to live with it for now...but this is a really bad product.

It arrived with a dent on it…really poor.

Perfect size, works as you would hope for a microwave! Large enough to fit a big dinner plate in, but as a unit it’s nice and compact not taking up much space on the counter. Like the white LCD display too, much easier to read than the old style orange LCDs :)

So far so good It meets all of our requirements and if it's as reliable as our previous Panasonic microwave then we will be happy

Delivered bang on time , Very easy to use and clean , bigger than j thought but that’s not an issue Best thing is setting the clock is easy , which makes a fine change !!!

First class product at a good price. All the functions that you would require of a microwave and all the functions are clearly displayed in black on a white control facia so no squinting looking for the correct button to push. Highly recommended

Having had a Panasonic 1000 watt microwave cooker for many, many years, we were not entirely surprised when it finally gave up the ghost. The reliability and long life of our previous model led us to choose Panasonic again, and once we'd accostomised ourselves to the slightly different controls, we found the new microwave as easy to use as its predecessor. Thanks.

Great microwave, the best I have ever used. AO service brilliant and best price anywhere. Definitely shop with AO again in the future. 5 star
