Only just started using the microwave so early days. However, everything seems to be working as it should and no complaints with performance easy to use and clean

This is replacing an eighteen year old Panasonic microwave so my expectations of long usage are high. So far a week in this new one is impressive. Having no turntable makes cleaning even easier. Food cooks well, but haven’t used all the programmes yet. Scoring four stars as so new and also because the internal light is a little dismal

Looking for a replacement for a 25 year old microwave and chose this as it's currently a which best buy. From the use it's had so far it's consistently performed. Meals heated evenly and defrosts well. It's a little noisier than we were expecting, but not off putting. The flat base needs a bit of getting used to - I've had to revert to the washing machine for entertainment.

Good vales for money, only thing a little noisy when in use compaired to our old panasonic microwave.

Good large size, easy to use, stylish appearance, no spinning plate. However poor internal light and slightly fiddly keyboard.

Works as expected but its smaller than I thought even though it has no rotating plate

Had it for 2 weeks. Does what was advertised. Like the Flat Bed technology. Machine looks good.

This is my third Panasonic microwave and my first flat bed. I've only had it a week and am still getting used to not having a turntable. The panel icons can be clearly seen and easy to use, including the clock. It's large capacity is ample for a family. Appearance is neat and not too retro and easy to clean with a cloth both outside and inside. I did have a spill as I misjudged the measurement of food with the power and it wiped up easily. 1000w is 100w more than my previous microwave, so just be careful with timing. The defrost function is a great improvement; tried recently with chicken breasts and no 'cooking' of the flesh. My suggestion is use the book as a guide but go with your own instincts on cooking / defrost times. Selecting an initial lesser time will give you an idea of how much longer you you need to cook / reheat/ defrost. This product came out well in Which? and I have to agree. I have however, given it an overall four stars, and that is just because I'm not a fan of the LED light. It only partially lights the oven and it doesn't stay on when the door is open. Work on this feature Panasonic and you'll have 5 stars from me next time!
