At first it seemed to be well designed and of reasonable quality, however it failed after 13 months which for the price is rather disappointing.

H97 Fault straight out the box. No review of performance as it just doesn't work. Panasonic helpline advice, Magnetron fault so unplug it for 40 mins and try again. If it still doesn't work return it. Zero stars for this piece of Rubbish. I will not be buying Panasonic ever again.

It is good microwave, but broke with h98 code after 2 years of usage.

This unit is let down by a noisy fan / mount. My 10 year old microwave was much quieter. It seems the power supply fan is directly mounted to the rear of the metal chassis which transmits and amplifies the noise and vibration of the fan. Pressing on the side or rear where the fan is mounted reduces the noise. This is a very poor part of the design which sadly spoils what should be a top rated microwave.

I had a few inexpensive microwaves which didn't last long so I went for a good one this time. The quality is so much better and it feels and looks superb. It goes into stand by when your not using it with just two faint LED's on so it's not wasting power. The flatbed makes it easy to clean and has a nice quality enamel, or enamel paint, inside. The tops and sides are light grey and the bottom is a dark grey and looks quality. It has a nice light that isn't too bright so it doesn't power that way. What I really like about it is that the bleeper only goes once. I like to put my food on and do other things around the house, and so I don't have to put up with an annoying bleeper going all the time. It also a bit quieter than the other microwaves I've had.

Web page stated would get a call with offer of discount...did not happen. This is the second time they have done this. The microwave when delivered was showing a fault code on first use. Replaced next day in a wet box...the van leaked. Say no more

Bigger than expected as I did not check dimensions. Heating from the bottom is very different so taking some getting used to. Nice and easy to wipe out and keep clean.

not as user friendly as previous micro we have in the past even though the others had more functions ,eg grill etc. Also wonder how the door and cabinet will stand up to every day use,{looks cheap}not what I expected from the panosonic brand
