For my taste, it was a bit light, plasticky and cheap. For £70 less, I managed to get a Sharp - which was much better than this.

This product is eady to use. The only thing not sure about, is its a 1000w. My old microwave is 800w and when we have put baked beans in for example my previous microwave took less time even though it is a lower wattage. Could this be because it doesnt have a turntable. Wouldnt have thought it makes any difference. The main test will be if we buy vegetables to be cooked in a microwave at the time given for a 1000w microwsve and see if it does cook. .

Had to buy this microwave to replace the last one that expired after only 17 months of relatively light use (second Panasonic machine in 4 years that simply stopped functioning and tripped out the mains). If I could have found another make with the features I required I would have done so. The main benefit of this microwave over its predecessors is the absence of a turntable which, initially, seemed kind of anti-intuitive. The machine works well and I nervously hope that it outlives my previous Panasonic microwaves so I am unable to recommend this just yet.

I bought like for like as best as I could afford. My old one had a 30sec, 1 button function, which I miss. Otherwise just what I wanted

Only thing lacking is a power setting of either 700 or 800 watts. Jumps from 600w all the way to 1000w. Looks good although much bigger than microwave it replaced but with similar capacity. I assume this is a function of rotating plate Vs fixed base.

Would have given it 5 stars if it wasn’t so hot. I have to convert each setting to 900 watts as that’s the maximum our meals go to.

Good microwave at a great price. Light a bit small for the size of the machine but otherwise ok. Love the fact it doesn’t have a turntable and you great numerous things into cook at once.
