Last Panasonic product I will ever buy. SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO NOISY!!!!!! I cannot believe that after sending them videos etc they say it is normal. Absolute rubbish!!! DO NOT BUY!!!!! AO absolutely useless in this case. Had a 10yr old Samsung that was whisper quiet. This thing sounds like a propeller plane starting up. Never buying Panasonic stuff again, shocking service. Buy at your peril!!!!!!!

Usual great delivery by ao. However this is a pretty poor microwave even though it has a 1000w rating. It is still unable to heat food in the centre of the plate/machine as is the problem with most less equipped models. This means that if you are reheating a plate of 'leftovers' you have to rearrange the cold food in the centre to the outside of the plate and wave again.Pretty pointless. Have tried the other functions but same result.The stainless finish is constantly stained by touch so regular cleaning with a specialist cleaner which is a pain.This was the only wave I could find to fit my kitchen aperture, and needed it in a hurry.Bad product, bad decision by me.Avoid.

Bought this as £20 off in Black Friday sale as I had a similar model that was over 15 years old. I decided to replace old one as powder was appearing under the turntable and making a squeaking noise so thought it would not last much longer. But only had the new one 3 months and now the new one is doing exactly the same. Squeaking turntable & powder underneath I keep having to clean away. Have I bought a faulty model?

This broke in under 2 years. Panasonic only give a 1 year warranty. Now we are going to have to buy a new microwave.

Looks great and is so easy to use . It even has a program for self cleaning!

I found the controls more difficult than my previous models and the handbook did not explain the features. I am still not sure why sometimes cooking starts immediately and other times there seems to be a 30 second delay where the clock runs but there is no heating before the cooking actually starts.

Basic microwave. Manual time setting. Reliable product.
