Product great except for the packaging. On opening the box the glass turntable was in a recess in the styrofoam packaging. It had not been secured and immediately on lifting the packaging out of the box the glass plate fell out and smashed on the tile floor. I spoke to your help line and your agent agreed to get the manufacturers to replace this direct to me f.o.c. a week ago. I have not yet received it and cannot yet use the microwave. I could probably get a replacement within 24hrs on line.

Looks great! Works well! Lots of settings and programs I haven’t even looked at yet. I’ve always had Panasonic microwaves-this one hasn’t disappointed. Great delivery service from AO too.
