I needed to replace my existing microwave, I have had Panasonic products before, it needed to be simple to use as my Mother who is 99yrs will be using it sometimes. This model suits me perfectly.

Replacement for the old model I had of Panasonic. Really pleased with it. I only have limited space in the alcove of my worktop and this fits perfectly, nice slick colour and so easy to use. It’s very user friendly, I didn’t need to read the manual just plugged in and started using it. Gets food hot very quickly too, more powerful than the old model. Very pleased so far! Quick and on time delivery from ao too. Great service and low prices, keep up the good work!

Very instinctive to use so an easy transition from my old microwave. Measurements and functions completely accurate to the description and for a small microwave it does feel very spacious inside. Excellent ventilation as well so no worries about leaving the door open after use etc.. Would recommend!

Just bought this Panasonic 20 Litre Microwave just to uprate to a new Panasonic as the one we have is over 25 years old and still going but its quite large for just the two of us now. No point in changing to another brand when we can trust in Panasonic.

Excellent product .. fits under the stairs as wanted.. efficient .. quiet.. perfect.. Wanted something which was compact due to limited space.. work long hours and want a helper at home to defrost my evening meal.. fits the bill exactly.. nice looking product, easy to clean..
