Not as good as expected takes far to long to preheat costing more on electric. The reel inside walls are quite badly stained after just two weeks and it get cleaned after every use. I also noticed the microwave deflector pad was broken inside but I had thrown out the packaging so cannot return.

Good product, works well and is versatile.

Bought to replace a combination microwave which we'd had for many years. Stylish black with easy wipe-clean controls. Cooks perfect jacket potatoes with crispy skins. Haven't tried all the different functions but does all we need and more.

This microwave is easy to use and very quiet when it's being used

I haven't use all the functions yet but seems to work ok. It does make a strange noise when it first starts on convection setting but this quickly disappears- seems to cook things quicker than my normal oven too. Turntable can be a bit jerky at times and the keypad is rather dark, otherwise pleased with it so far. My main complaint is the length of the cable which is very short especially if your electric socket is to the left and not behind or next to your microwave.

Excellent compact microwave with a varied range of other functions that are super efficient, time saving and economical.

My second combi oven and microwave by Panasonic. Brilliant product! So easy to use. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a new model.
