To warm or not to warm?

Good service as always from AO but this is the third Neff warming drawer in 10 years so the product does not seem too last well.
However I have gone for a cheaper model that fits and it seems very different so hoping for the best. The warming drawer is very very useful so feel I can’t do without it.

On first impression - a much improved design. Its predecessor was obviously way off the standard expected of a NEFF product. It’s working well so far and looks like it will in the future - we’re optimistic.
