Good service as always from AO but this is the third Neff warming drawer in 10 years so the product does not seem too last well. However I have gone for a cheaper model that fits and it seems very different so hoping for the best. The warming drawer is very very useful so feel I can’t do without it.

On first impression - a much improved design. Its predecessor was obviously way off the standard expected of a NEFF product. It’s working well so far and looks like it will in the future - we’re optimistic.

Does what it says on the tin !! Nice open/close action. The non slip mat is.. ..... non slip !!

Simple to install and operate. Doesn’t quite match previous N50 drawer.

it's great. I only bought this because my wife really wanted one. I thought it would be a waste of money but actually really useful and can be used as a slow cooker, dough proover as well as a warming drawer.

Great product as always with Neff. Had an older model in previous house and this seems to be just as good with slightly different operating buttons.
