The arrangements for delivery could not have improved. I was kept informed and the freezer arrived as promised.
I ordered on behalf of an elderly lady and could not be present at the time of delivery. Consequently it was not identified until later that morning that the THERMOSTAT CONTROL on the top edge of front of freezer was missing. I contacted AO customer service by E-Mail on the day of delivery (Friday7th Aug.) after giving up on phone. Automatic acknowledge received, full reply received on 12th asking for additional detail, supplied by E-mail later that day. Now awaiting full response to the problem, thought this E-mail was the answer.
