Faulty item. Ice maker doesn't work. Fridge keeps freezing!!! Manufacturers are a nightmare to deal with. Cannot fault ao themselves though!!!

Fridge itself is good but watch out for the water connector as if not fitted correctly it deposits water onto the electrics at the back of the freezer. This requires an engineer to fix it!

Fridge is a little loud and it’s really noisy when dumping Ice but that I can live with. What I can’t live with is the pitiful manufacturers warranty of 1 year. It tells me that don’t put immense faith into their machines. I’m 18 months into ownership and the freezer has stopped making ice and makes a continuous, very loud banging noise. Contacted to manufacturer who were less than helpful and just kept repeating “it’s out of warranty” they want to charge me like I didn’t pay enough at time of purchase for an appliance I expect to last longer than 18 months

Item seemed ok until water leaking from it after second day, arranged for engineer who found hose not connected from factory build, fixed now so lets see how it goes.

First fridge we received had a manufacturing fault with the water/ice dispenser, the line taking water from the water tank was not long enough and so the water would come straight out of the back of the appliance. Engineer said this couldn’t be fixed so was sent a replacement appliance, which unfortunately had the same fault. However, this was subsequently able to be fixed in the end by a second engineer. Overall happy with the fridge/freezer, just the experience with the manufacturing fault took about 2 months to resolve.

Nice fridge, the freezer shelves leave a little to be desired, there's only 2 drawers and the rest are shelves, kind of ensuring everything has to be regular packaging that can stack. The water pump for the water cooler is insanely slow, filling up a pint glass takes about 2 minutes which is a long time standing there, if anyone knows of a way to increase the water speed I'd love to know, the 3 seconds it takes to fill from the tap makes me not really use the water. Ice is good though, once the ice bucket is full you have more ice than you know what to do with.

I would give it 5 stars but for a problem with one of the glass shelves being stuck under the water tank mounting. That is made even more annoying by the fact that ao just passported me back to the manufacturer ... and, after a long and painful phone call, I'm still waiting to hear what the the manufacturer is going to do. Customer service is appalling!!

Overall good quality, but you can see it's a cheaper model. Ice spills all over when dispensing, so pressing up the glass is essential. The water dispenser is quite slow. Some frosting does exist in the freezer after some time, but so far it looks better than in older fridges. It's a bit darker than the photos. It's a dark grey colour. Again, given the price and dimensions (this is the smallest depth American with an ice dispenser I could find) this is a great option to consider.
