The microwave will not sit flat on any surface and constantly wobbles. The controls are not very intuitive and the clock randomly resets. This is our first and probably last Samsung product

The grey colour is only on the front door. The rest of the oven is black. This is not clear from the description. The oven is also complicated to use.

Pros: - Heating seems as expected. - Looks 'not awful' (for a microwave). Still a big awkward lump in the kitchen though. Colour is definitely more of a dark gray than charcoal. Cons: - The door latch is quite firm so when opening one handed the microwave slips across the counter. Think I will need to buy a sticky/silicone pad for it to sit on. - minor gripe but other microwaves Ive used had a quick start button that starts microwaving and adds 30 seconds. Theres a Start (+30s) button on this but you actually have to press 'Microwave' first, which is the farthest away button. Odd design...

Nice sized microwave, not as pwerful as old one but not a problem, very loud beeping! Looks matt in photos but is actually quite glossy.

Its simple but functions well, I am happy with it. No problems and it heats food quickly.

Overall it works well. Does the job and has good features. Fits well with dark / blue themed kitchens. I dropped 1 star because the controls are bit difficult and not very intuitive. They decided not to have numbers on the selection menu, which made things quite difficult. There is a ladder diagram logic but simple numbers would have been easier.

It's a good enough microwave but I find it quite noisy to work and when it works. It does what it's supposed to do so that's fine. It's a basic microwave which is what we wanted. It looks good in the kitchen
