I had an old iPad 2 mini which worked fine but is not compatible with the latest OS upgrades, which means some apps won't work. As well as a larger screen, which had a bright and sharp picture, the 2022 iPad is obviously faster. It charges quite quickly and the battery lasts a long time, or so it seems to me. I'm more used to Android, so the UI is taking a bit of getting used to be, but that is just familiarity. With a decent case it can be stood at an angle, for viewing, gaming or whatever. Very happy with it.

I bought the Apple 10th generation iPad to replace Samsung galaxy tab 8 and I had nitial high expectations as it was an Apple tablet. Comparing the two devices I feel the Apple iPad was not a step up but rather similar in feel. Absolutely smitten with my new iPad in what I affectionately call "Smurf Blue." This gadget has seriously upgraded my tech game, and not just because it matches my eyes. The display is so clear, I swear I can see into the future with it – and it looks like I'm still not a millionaire, go figure. The storage space is enough to hold my collection of cat memes, which is, frankly, impressive. WiFi connectivity is so fast, I blink and I'm already connected to the next café's WiFi down the street. And the battery life? I've seen lesser dynasties fall in the time it takes this iPad to need a recharge. If you're on the fence about getting one, just do it. It's the tech equivalent of a comfort blanket, but with way more functionality and less laundry needed.
