Very solid, compared to our last microwave. No cold spots in food Great instruction manual; none came with our previous one. Much easier to set the time, compared to our previous microwave, where one had to keep pressing the 30 secs button to get the time required.

Better than advertised, I hesitated when buying as there are similar products for less monies, now having used the product we can honestly say in this instance you get what you pay for. Absolutely 10/10 product. Compared to the popular brand unit we have had to replace we can say this unit is far superior, An Excellent product that we would highly recommend.
