Exellent delivery service. Product it extreamly efficient and fast. I perticularlly like the internal light.

Well made microwave. Looks good too. Once you get used to it as the operating system is different to other microwaves. I.e. microwave/ convection excellent oven.

I have never had a smeg product before. This was my first, the reason I bought it was I wanted a microwave I could put larger plates in. This is a great size inside, most modern microwaves I find are tiny inside. This also looks great, very clean modern look, stainless steel looks great. Might be tempted to buy further smeg products on this basis. Was a bit more than other microwaves but not the most expensive. I think I got value for money. Works great too, does all the things you would expect a higher end product to do. Would recommend!

As this is the first microwave I have ever had , I was disappointed that there was no suggested recipes and basic advice, ie the difference between heating up and cooking from raw. This may not be a problem for seasoned users. I bought this to match other SMEG appliances but this stainless steel finger marks easy unlike the oven. It is well made, solid and looks good.

Very pleased. Don’t understand the negative comments I read on this product prior to purchase regarding understanding functionality. It’s handsome, easy to use, powerful and intuitively configured. Early days but I love it. Previously Panasonic. Never thought I’d switch, but pleased I took the chance. Only thing I’d change is the dial, I’d prefer all controls the same.

This is pretty good. Although not as good as the more expensive Panasonic, but AO didn’t have the one I wanted. I like the handle which makes it easier to open. It has some good functions which once you figure them out are great. I don’t like the flimsy wire rack for the grill or oven function - the Panasonic has a proper rectangular shelf and tray and no turntable. But it does the job and looks good too.

Very nice looking microwave and very easy to use. Everyone comments on it.
