I so wanted to give this 5 stars but circumstances dictate otherwise. Delivery and fitting were certainly 5 star, the use instructions are clear and simple. Let down by a couple of things, the oven temperature settings are difficult to read between the main 50 degree settings. This could be the location not near a window for light but in my opinion, they're just too faint. The shelves in the main over really need do kind of stop bar on them to stop them resting against, and marking, the self cleaning panel at the rear. Have to push them in carefully and leave a little gap at the back. Now for the MAJOR gripe. Having followed the instructions carefully about heating before first use to clear any manufacturing residue, the first time I needed to use both ovens because of different temperatures, the inner glass window on the top oven exploded. When I say "exploded" I mean just that. A really loud bang and glass scattered all over the kitchen (including the food prepared ready to go in the oven)!! Obviously reported to customer services the next working day (16 Sep). Engineer visit booked for 7 Oct! Not exactly what one would expect for sorting a brand new appliance!

Excellent double oven, it would have five stars if the controls had easier to understand settings.

Good looking oven with easy to use controls. The fan oven is quiet enough when in use and seems to cook food evenly. The top oven is ideal for cooking in small quantities with the main oven being ample size for large family meals. My only concern is using the grill with the door closed but I'm sure it's a feature I'll get used to. The grill pan doesn't have a rack within it nor does it have a handle. I do think these 2 items should have come as standard especially a handle which I consider to be a safety feature. Only time will tell if it lasts as long as its predecessor, a 24 year old Stoves ??

Works great. Plastic knobs not metal. Knobs are also a bit small. LED is red which feels a bit dated.

Good, simple oven. It's a bit noisy and draughty during and post use, but cooking results are great - my yorkshire puds are HUGE now!

cooks well but takes a while to cool down and turn fan off

Seems fine but I hope it lasts longer than the Hotpoint

It's a great double oven. Heats up quickly, cooks evenly and looks great. But, daytime clock not accurate and only 1 timer. My previous cooker had 2. Also physically slightly taller than my previous oven so have to replace door on the unit above it.
