So far so good. Always used Apple products. And having an upgrade that is smooth and runs faster is always better.

Very nice product. But no user manual. Also, 'help' on the ribbon bar is not much help. If I search ' how to put in headers' it tells me I can insert headers in pages. However, it does not tell me how. This is the case for all how to searches. Baffling. ?? Arrived very quickly, well packaged. Very pmeased over all.

This is the first time I have ever used AO and found them swift and efficient. For anyone who is considering a new laptop for homeschooling, the new M1 MacBook is perfect. Having previously been using a Windows laptop for this purpose, (which we thought okay), the new m1 MacBook is in another league. There was a worry over compatibility running programs and software from the school but I can report that we have had no issue. I can honestly say it has improved the whole home working experience just because of the speed and performance alone. She gets up and it’s on ready to go. None of this waiting for things to load or to boot up. The only issue we have found is the promotions and offers sent by Apple when you registered your new product. Apple informed that because AO are not an authorised reseller, you are not entitled to any of the offer and promotions. I would have given 5 stars but for this as this is something customers should be made aware of.

The perfect laptop for working from home, makes work quick and easy with apple. Love this design and colour. Light and portable but with all the profession of a desk top. Does everything I need.

Very good choice and very useful for my uni work

Amazing, outperforms any other laptop I’ve had, including surface pro which are really expensive, and also of course works seamlessly with my other Apple devices. The colour (gold) is stunning, as opposed to the standard silver that most people have. Super thin and light. Love Touch ID. Perfect for college.
